COMMENTS
Unanimous decision-making is the dictatorship of the minority. The EU has blundered for too long on the unanimity path, it's time for a two-speed even a three-speed Europe... form must follow function for anything constructive to get done.
An example as been made of the UK, those states not willing to follow the ECB guidelines for a new fiscal framework will simply be left behind. In the case of Ireland or Finland they can remain in the Euro, but simply won't have "protection" from the central bank.
Currently Ireland is supporting the new Fiscal Compact and is working towards including tighter fiscal controls through national legislation. As a programme country the arrangements are a bit different but there should be no doubt about the Irish commitment to achieving improvements.
Those who believe Germany can support the whole of the EU and keep it from declining relative to the rest of the the economic world are deluded. Britain can and should not be dominated by Brussels, the mouthpiece for Berlin. The British people increasingly are becoming vocal in their demands for their government to look after the interests of a self governing nation trading with Europe and the rest of the world and upholding their ancient liberties. We still resent the loss of our fisheries, an action that typifies the frustration we have in the way in which the EU now dominates our lives. Real democracy, one vote for a named candidate, must return to Britain.
KIM JONG CAMERON WAS ABLE TO MAKE ENGLAND THE MOST RECLUSE COUNTRY IN EUROPE, TO APPEASE IS 10 PER CENT OF ELECTORATE(TORY) AND A SELF HATING MEDIA HE JUST RUINED AN ENTIRE COUNTRY PROSPECT OF HAVING THE VOICE HEARD. WHAT A IDIOT, WHAT AN UNDIPLOMATIC WAY OF DOING THINGS. SCOTLAND WILL ONE DAY BECOME INDIPENDENT AND JOIN THE EURO, THEN THERE WILL BE THE SITUATION WHERE I HOPE IS NOT KIM JONG CAMERON ANYMORE, WHERE THE ENGLISH PREMIER WILL HAVE TO BEG SCOTLAND TO LIFT ANY VETO REGARDING ENGLSH ISSUE... I DONT SEE THE TIME THIS TO HAPPEN. INDIPENDENCE FOR SCTOTLAND AND WALES NOW, GO BURN IN HELL YOU HEREMIT CAMERON

John Peel is quite right. This fiscal accord won't work anyway and what will they do to those who break the rules , a slap on the wrist , no more .
If the EU wants to do something really constructive , Get rid of the Euro , help impoverished countries to revert to original currencies .
