Europe's World will be a boon for European policymakers who want to read "out-of-the box" contributions on the "thorniest problems that confront Europe's politicians". Published three times a year, the new publication will look at European and national policy debates. Comparable to the well-known and successful US models "Foreign Affairs" or "Foreign Policy", the journal aims to be "more provocative and controversial than the academic international relations journal, and also more accessible to general readers", editor-in-chief Giles Merritt told EurActiv.
The new publication will be available in newsagents and bookshops in Brussels and, free of charge, on the Internet. It aims to reach over 200.000 readers. The table of contents for the first Autumn edition is already available online.
