Lamassoure: Parliament will vote on the EU budget twice - 02 July 2013 - News

MEPs will hold two votes on the EU budget, said Alain Lamassoure, who heads the European Parliament’s negotiating team. Tomorrow (3 July) the Parliament will need to gather a qualified majority to approve a resolution on the political compromise passed last week with the other EU institutions. And in the autumn, the Parliament will vote to implement the budget itself, accompanied by several declarations.
