How smart can Greek agriculture be?

What does digitization of rural economy mean? How smart can agriculture be in Greece today and how ready is the Greek farmer against such a prospect?

The dynamics of Greek agriculture in the process of the transition to digitization is a major factor in its incorporation into a new European model that puts the farmer and his relationship with the land and the environment in the centre.

Stelios Rallis, Secretary General for Digital Policy, and Kostis Kagelidis, President at the Association of Information Technology Companies of Northern Greece (SEPVE), spoke to on the dynamics of digital agriculture in Greece, its prospects for growth and its added value for the Greek economy.
