Many foods would expire quicker and various solutions for special dietary regimes like fat-, sugar-, and salt-reduced products, products enriched with vitamins, fibres or proteins, and many lactose- and gluten-free variants as well as milk and meat alternatives would be impossible to produce.

This new video shows how the specialty food ingredients’ industry innovates to allow food manufacturers to produce food and drinks that meet consumers’ demands and societal needs, including for healthier and more sustainable diets.
