Lorry drivers from France, Germany and the Benelux are blocking roads in Luxembourg to put pressure on EU transport ministers. The organisers of the blockades, the European Transport Workers Federation (ETF) want the EU to set a limit on the number of hours long-distance drivers can drive each week.
