Stability pact for Caucasian region

CEPS has presented its plans for a Caucasian “stability pact”

The Centre for European Policy Studies (CEPS) has presented its plans for a Caucasian "stability pact". The plan, which was presented by CEPS Caucusus taskforce chief Michael Emerson, proposes that the EU, US and Russia would produce a stability pact for the area and establish with the help of the Caucasian countries a South Caucasus Community (SCC). EURACTIV will open a discussion forum on this issue from the opening of our new portal website on May 25th.
