University graduates, who are willing to start a career in Bulgaria could receive social benefits worth €600 starting from April. The catch? They must have lived abroad for at least 6 months before they apply for the programme.
The programme, which will start in April, will be financed by the EU’s Human Resources Development Programme.
Although Bulgarian authorities are trying to encourage some of the educated Bulgarians living abroad to return to the country, applicants do not need to meet certain nationality requirements.
Successful applicants would be able to use the money for rent, a babysitter or even Bulgarian language courses. (Krassen Nikolov | EURACTIV.bg)
