David Levy, director of the Reuters Institute for the Study of Journalism, recently presented the latest edition of the Digital News Report at the Lisbon Council.
The report is a fascinating annual survey about how news is being consumed and produced in the digital age. This year the study was expanded to cover 18 countries, including 13 in Europe. It finds that news consumers are enjoying a renaissance while some content producers struggle to adapt to new distribution and business models.
