Last week, YouTube hosted a Pop-up Space in Belgium for the first time. The space was designed to give YouTubers the opportunity to learn, connect and create. It included workshops on production, networking sessions, and a discussion on using YouTube for social good.
The discussion on using YouTube for social good featured German MEP Tiemo Wölken, who talked about how he uses YouTube as a politician to connect with his constituents. Swann Périssé, a French comedian, also spoke about how she uses YouTube and about her involvement in YouTube’s Creators for Change programme.
