On the agenda among others: European Refugee Fund, family reunification, temporary protection. Ministers will also debate the state of implementation of the Tampere Summit decisions. Furthermore, the Council will hold a debate on co-operation between financial intelligence units of the Member States in view of combating money laundering and financial fraud.
