The European Commission just launched (30 November 2016) a significant package of legislative and policy proposals on many aspects of the Energy Union. It includes proposals for changes to the energy efficiency legislation that affects buildings.
This is a once in a decade opportunity to provide the right enabling policy framework for action in the buildings sector. The right framework, when implemented across the EU will bring many benefits to consumers, businesses and governments.
EuroACE calls on all interested parties to join us in our efforts to ensure that the final version of the revised legislation will provide the right future for our building stock.
