CEPS to present Caucasus Stability Pact to presidents of Caucasus countries

The Centre for European Policy Studies is to make direct presentations of its proposed “Stability Pact for the Caucasus” to each of the three Presidents of the South Caucasus region.

The Centre for European Policy Studies (CEPS) is to make direct presentations of its proposed “Stability Pact for the Caucasus” to each of the three Presidents of the South Caucasus region, on 16 July to President Shevardnardze of Georgia in Tbilisi, on 17 July to President Aliev of Azerbaijan in Baku, and on 18 July to President Kocharian of Armenia inYerevan.

The presentations will be made by the co-chairmen of the CEPS task Force for the Caucasus, Michael Emerson, Senior Research Fellow of CEPS and Sergiu Celac, ambassador-at-large at the Romanian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
