Abstract

The 56th issue ofCEPS Europa South East Monitorfocusses on the extraordinary measures taken by the High Representative in Bosnia and Herzegovina Paddy Ashdown in the aftermath of the NATO Istanbul Summit. It reports on the results of the Serbian presidential elections. It also marks the changes to the security missions in Bosnia and Herzegovina announced at the NATO Istanbul Summit. It also notes Croatia’s official endorsement as a candidate country of the EU.
