A suggestion to the door-knobs in the Berlaymont – given China in a member of the WTO – then extend to it is the same rules that apply to Euro companies in China. Quid-pro-quo time.

This won’t happen – because the said Berlaymont door-knobs suck from the teat of “free trade” – they are unable to imagine any other system or indeed other countries not singing from the same hymn sheet. Hats off to the Chinese – they are only exploiting a systems that the Berlaymont bureaucrats are too nutless/gutless/stupid to remedy. Running to mummy at the WTO will take years to produce a result. I’m sure the Chinese are terrified.
