All aboard: EU policy train builds up steam after summer

The EU’s ‘legislative train’ almost ground to a halt this year because of COVID-19. But it is expected to pick up speed right after the summer, to make up for lost time and push forward the planned green, sustainable and digital transformation of the bloc’s economy.
