The expert meeting within the political dialogue between Serbia and Kosovo took place in Brussels on Thursday.
Serbia was represented by the chief of the Serbian government’s Office for Kosovo and Metohija, Marko Djuric, and Kosovo by Skender Hiseni.
“Ahead of the High-Level Meeting of the Belgrade-Priština Dialogue in early September, I met again with the chief negotiators/coordinators in Brussels to work on finalizing the issues discussed during the last meetings,” the EU’s special representative for the talks, Miroslav Lajčak, tweeted.
The topics discussed at those meetings were the missing and displaced people and economic issues.
This was the third meeting of experts since the resumption of the Brussels dialogue between Kosovo and Serbia after a two-year hiatus.
A meeting between Serbian President Aleksandar Vučić and Kosovo’s Prime minister Avdullah Hoti is scheduled for 4 September in Washington.
