Krivokapić stated that the formation of such a government depends on the political will of certain subjects and reiterated that he would respect the will of 41 deputies. Skupština, the Montenegrin parliament, has 81 deputies. The biggest party DPS, led by President Milo Đukanović, is in opposition with 30 MPs. Krivokapić confirmed that one coalition, believed to be Demokratski Front (DF), is dissatisfied. DF is a pro-Serbian and pro-Russian party that objected to the law banning the denial of genocide in Srebrenica, BiH. DF is leading the campaign for the government reshuffle to depose PM Krivokapić, who was leading its list on the election in August 2020. The government is faced with the possibility that next year’s budget will not be accepted. In that case, the PM said, temporary funding will be introduced.
