The National Assembly of the Serb entity, Republika Srpska (NSRS), will discuss the return of entity competencies transferred to the state level on Friday at noon, the Assembly has announced.

According to the announcement, the NSRS Board adopted the Proposal of the Agenda of the 24th Special Session at the session held on 12 November.

The meeting will cover the transfer of competencies from the Republika Srpska (RS) to Bosnia and Herzegovina, the transfer of competencies in the field of indirect taxation, judicial institutions of BiH, and competencies in the area of defence and security.

Serb member of BiH Presidency, Milorad Dodik, earlier announced that he would propose the entity parliament adopt conclusions stating that all decisions made by high international community representatives since the signing of the Dayton Agreement are illegal.

At the same time, a decision would be adopted on a transitional six-month period in which the RS government would pass laws establishing all such disputed state institutions at the entity level.
