High-level company representatives to discuss business case for CSR

On 2-4 October, CEOs and other corporate leaders will gather in New York to discuss the business case for corporate social responsibility.

The Ethical Corporation magazine conference on 2-4 October will gather top-level company leaders to discuss issues related to corporate social responsibility, corporate governance and sustainable development. Panel discussions will focus on public expectations of large companies, how to maintain a dialogue with NGOs, responsible supply chain management and corporate responsibility issues for homeland security and employee safety.

A Senior Vice President from Toyota will discuss the crucial role of sustainable development and CSR in the battle for customer and stakeholder loyalty. A representative of Microsoft will present a case study on the internal management techniques necessary for successful corporate community engagement. The CEO of Edelman (co-sponsor of the event) will talk about the importance of corporate social and environmental responsibility, as well as the role of leading executives and CEOs.
