Brussels flash mob aims to dance away Brexit

British expats and anti-Brexit Europeans gathered in Brussels on Thursday to call for a popular vote on the outcome of the negotiations on the future UK-EU relationship.

The protest was organised on the fringes of the European Council summit and featured singing, speeches, and a flash mob of dancers. It’s aim was to draw attention to the campaign for a People’s Vote and to demonstrate shared European values.

The event was organised by ProEuropa, an association of British residents in Brussels with collaboration from EU40, the UK European Movement and Alliance Europe.
