Ex-MEP Adrian Severin receives prison sentence

Former MEP Adrian Severin (S&D, Romania) has been sentenced yesterday (23 February) in his country to three and a half years of imprisonment, for a case dating back to 2011, when he was trapped into accepting money in exchange of introducing amendments to draft EU laws.
