Katainen: No efficiency ring-fence in Juncker investment plan
EU Commissioner responsible for jobs, growth, investment and competitiveness Jyrki Katainen said on Tuesday that the EU will not allocate specific funds from the Juncker plan to pay for renovation projects to boost the energy efficiency of buildings.
